6.961  Intro: Research in EE & CS

Information: 

This class is required of all incoming EECS Graduate Students who are looking for a research supervisor. The seminar meets for one hour a week for about 6 weeks, and there are two sections to choose from on either Wednesday from 4-5pm or Thursday from 4-5pm in Room 34-303 (note room change).  The first meeting will be on Wednesday September 14 from 4-5pm in 34-303 for the Wednesday section, and  Thursday September 22 from 4-5pm for the Thursday section.  All incoming students are listed by default, and the names are removed from the class list once the 'Purple Form' has been submitted to the graduate office. More information about this seminar class will be given at the EECS Graduate Student Orientation on Wednesday, August 31, 2011 in the Grier Room 34-401.
