Even if you are not a DUSP PhD1 student taking 11.910 for credit, you can still access many of the readings associated with the 6 Faculty Debates, located in the Materials section of this Stellar site. Relevant background readings are included for the following debates:

September 24: Good Governance
October 8: Territorial Competition'
October 22: Public-Private Engagement
November 5: Reflective Practice
November 19: Gaps in Planning Theory

For 11.910 students--Reminders for September 10 and 11 initial meetings

PhD1 students taking 11.910 for credit should refer to the syllabus and remember to do the following:
1. Complete background readings before Sept. 10 debate.
2. By Tuesday night, Sept. 9, send Larry and Jinhua a question you'd like to ask at the debate.
3. After the debate on Sept. 10, send a 1-2 page reflection memo to Larry and Jinhua.
4. Complete readings for Sept. 11 seminar discussion before we meet.

11. 910: Introducing This Class to Incoming DUSP PhD Students

Since this class is a requirement for incoming DUSP PhD students, I will provide a brief introduction to it as part of the DUSP PhD orientation session held on August 26, 2014 from 12:30-2.
