The schedule of presentations for Friday is posted in the Homework section under the Microfluidics Assignment Details. All presentations are in Prof. Schmidt's office (same as for the MEMS lab).

The second quiz will be held in building 32:

This covers sputtering, evaporation, etching and lithography. Last year's exam is posted on the web site; you will recognise most questions from problem sets. The format is the same as for quiz 1. It is closed book with all relevant equations given; just bring a calculator.

The MEMS Lab Presentation Schedule has been posted to the web-site in the 'materials' section under the General category.

The exam on Weds. March 7th will be held in room 4-149 at the usual class time, 2.30pm.
Last year's exam and solutions and an equation sheet are posted on the web site.
The exam will cover lecture material up to and including CVD (but not the pre-labs). In order to help you study for this, we will post the solutions to PS4 on monday afternoon after class. We will therefore not accept any late homework.

There is a limited number of copies of diffusion handouts from Plummer outside my office (13-4005). Please pick one up if you need one.
