This covers sputtering, evaporation, etching and lithography. Last year's exam is posted on the web site; you will recognise most questions from problem sets. The format is the same as for quiz 1. It is closed book with all relevant equations given; just bring a calculator.

Exam 1
The exam on Weds. March 7th will be held in room
4-149 at the usual class time, 2.30pm.
Last year's exam and solutions and an equation sheet are posted on the web site.
The exam will cover lecture material up to and including CVD (but not the pre-labs). In order to help you study for this, we will post the solutions to PS4 on monday afternoon after class. We will therefore not accept any late homework.
