6.775  CMOS Analog and Circuit Design

The final project presentations will take place during class on Tuesday, April 27.  The presentation order will be as follows.  Please arrive on time to present during your time slot.

The midterm quiz grades and solutions are online.  The mean was 16.4 and the standard deviation was 7.  The midterms will be handed back in class on Tuesday.  Smiling Cat

I will have office hours on Wednesday, March 24, 1:30-3pm in room 38-246 for people who need help with the midterm project.

For your homework, if you are printing out a plot in Cscope, please change the background color from black to white by choosing "Graph" in the menu bar, "Color Map," and then "Map 2."  This will save printer ink and make the plots easier for the grader to read.

If you don't like using Cscope, you can also plot the HSPICE output data using MATLAB directly by using the HSPICE Toolbox, which is included in the 6.775 locker on Athena.  You can do this by running the following commands at the Athena prompt:

% add 6.775
% source /mit/6.775/setup
% hspice <your hspice file>
% matlab
