PS2 Solutions, Grades Online; HSPICE and CSCOPE Notes
PS2 solutions are online. You can also view your
homework grades online.
For your homework, if you are printing out a plot in Cscope, please change the background color from black to white by choosing "Graph" in the menu bar, "Color Map," and then "Map 2." This will save printer ink and make the plots easier for the grader to read.
If you don't like using Cscope, you can also plot the HSPICE output data using MATLAB directly by using the HSPICE Toolbox, which is included in the 6.775 locker on Athena. You can do this by running the following commands at the Athena prompt:
% add 6.775
% source /mit/6.775/setup
% hspice <your hspice file>
% matlab
A document explaning how the HSPICE Toolbox works with examples has been posted online. Please email me if you have any problems or questions.
