Information: 

Microelectronic device modeling, and basic microelectronic circuit analysis and design. Physical electronics of semiconductor junction and MOS devices. Relating terminal behavior to internal physical processes, developing circuit models, and understanding the uses and limitations of different models. Use of incremental and large-signal techniques to analyze and design transistor circuits, with examples chosen from digital circuits, linear amplifiers, and other integrated circuits. Design project.

Final Exam Location

This is a reminder that the final exam will be held Tuesday, 12/14 at 9:00 am in the duPont Gymnasium.  Please be sure to enter the building from the 120 Massachusetts Avenue entrance, rather than from the old back entrance that was accessible from the Daper facility.

Graded design problems handed back in recitation on 12/8; solution online

The graded design problems will be handed back in recitation Wed, 12/8/2010.  The grades will be online by that time.  The solution has also been posted online.

Final Practice Problems Posted Online

Some practice problems for the final have been posted online.  Solutions will be posted sometime before the review session on Friday.

Problem Set #9 Not Graded; Final Exam Information

The last PSet (PS9), which is due on Wednesday, 12/8, will not be graded.  Solutions will be handed out that day.  However, it is strongly recommended that the students use this PSet as a way to strengthen their understanding of material in the last several lectures.  Class material up to the last day of class will be covered in the final exam.

The final exam will be on Tuesday, 12/14 at 9:00 am in Du Pont.  The conflict exam is scheduled on same day at 1:30 pm in 34-303.

Final Exam Review Session - Friday 12/10 3-5 PM @ 36-156
