Check in this Friday
Hi Folks!Owing to travel constraints, our speaker for this Friday has had to reschedule. This gives us a nice opportunity to check in and discuss roles, responsibilities, milestones and deliverables. If you would like to meet during our regular class time, please sign up for a 20 minutes slot at:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/14eM9CKgE3Fg5zJbbx4bp-wlOcNBC9_lDcPPKktX4ZWk/edit?usp=sharing
- Meetings will take place in my office 3-262
- You do not need to bring the whole team if you feel it is not necessary. (We encourage you to delegate tasks to individual team members so if you would rather send a subset while the other team members work on the project, that's great!)
- Roles, responsibilities, deliverables, and milestones should be specific. (E.g. we are looking for something more than a title for each team member -- we would like to see specific details about what each person will do to move the project forward.)
Looking forward to seeing your plans tomorrow!
