Error in 2015 Q2 "Airline's In-Flight Services"
Hi all,
There is an error in the solution key for part (b) of Problem
4 (flight from Bangkok to London question). In the first sentence
of the solution, the expected number of sales Adele completes in
the two hours given that she completes at least one
sale is not 1.2, but instead 1.2/(1-e^-0.6*2) because the
PMF needs to be re-normalized to account for the
"given."
This gives a final answer of 1.5012 instead of 1.1398.

Lecture tomorrow & quiz 2 details
Hi Everyone,
The lecture tomorrow will be a Q&A session to help you
prepare for the quiz. I will review at a high-level some of the
material to help you prepare for the quiz. Please come prepared
with your questions or topics you'd like clarifications on, so
you can make the most out of the session.
The topics that will be covered in the quiz consist of
lectures labeled 8 (integer programming) through 18 (stochastic
simulation) in the Syllabus. So basically, what was covered for
quiz 1 (lecture 1 through 7) will not be in this quiz.
