Office Hours in IDC Today

Hi Folks!

Christina and I will be holding office hours during recitation in IDC today. Feel free to swing by if you would like to talk about final deliverables, moving your project forward in the spring, what to do with leftover materials and equipment, etc.

(And no need to pop by if you're swamped with other classes ... )

Live Stream Presentation for Sponsors

Hi everyone!

Thanks to continued help from Andreas, we will be live streaming (and recording!) the presentations this afternoon via Zoom. Your sponsors should make an account on Zoom (zoom.us) and download the app for their computer (https://zoom.us/download#client_4meeting). Encourage them to do this early as the email activation may take a few minutes to send. Communication about the meeting number will be shared shortly before the presentations begin.

Although they are able to use their microphone/video to "call into" the presentations, it will be easiest if they mute their mic/camera and instead ask questions via the Socrative (see Peko's post).

We are excited to see your presentations and see you show off all of your hard work to your sponsors!

Thanks,
Charlotte

Final Peer Review and Practice Presentation Schedule

Hi Folks!

It has come to our attention that it would be more useful to send in the final peer review AFTER the final presentations so we have moved the due date to Tuesday December 11.

As a reminder, this Tuesday in recitation we will have practice sessions with Andreas for your final presentation. Please bring a draft of your slides and plan to go through the 5-7 minute presentation portion (you do not need to bring the 3 minute video). The practice schedule will be:

1:10-1:30: Shred
1:30-1:50: Brewers
1:50-2:10: USOC
2:10-2:30: Red Bull
2:30-2:50: FCB

See you Tuesday!
