Beams Deflection Tables

Hi Folks!

I have had a couple of questions regarding the beam deflection tables. We did not use these in lecture so you will not need to use them on the exam (in any bending problem, you will be required to show the derivation of the deflection). However, if you would like to have the tables as a "safety net" you may include them on your cheat sheet. (The tables are on pages 857 and 858 in Hibbeler). Happy studying!

Final Exam Review Notes

Notes from today's final exam review are posted on the Stellar website. Click the link "Final Exam Review" document in the "General" topic of the "Materials" section. Note: the problem solved at the beginning of the review session is not posted, but it was taken directly from Spring 2005 Final Exam (also in "Materials" section).

Good Luck!
