5/13 Class Time Conflict with 100k -- YOU ARE EXPECTED TO COME TO CLASS

Hi,

As many of you have pointed out, Wednesday night's class conflicts with the 100k finale.  Because of this, Howard and Peter have decided to end class early on Wednesday -- class will end at 7:30pm.  The 100k is scheduled to start at 7pm (so more like 7:20pm) so you will only miss a few minutes.

Because we are ending class early, YOU ARE EXPECTED TO COME TO CLASS ON WEDNESDAY AND TO STAY UNTIL 7:30PM.

See you on Wednesday!

Message from Howard and Peter

Since there was so much interest in Sprint....Peter and I thought it would be useful to share with you a case we are using in Adversity 15.966.... which comes from the perspective of the Verizon Board. We have added it to the materials under the Spring lecture.  Its fairly long but it does show how numbers and analysis can actually help in understanding what the real options are.

The not-so-subtle message: beware the superficial analysis
