Clarification for liquidity seminar

Indeed, 15.427 (aka 11.432) is over... Nonetheless Prof. Gatzlaff would like to invite you to a liquidity seminar (perhaps the last one before he goes back to Florida?) on Thursday 04/9 after class, which should be around 7pm? Please stay in touch to finalize location.

Cheers,

Michel

REIT Case: PLEASE SUBMIT ON STELLAR

Dear class,

Please submit your final case memo on Stellar, as per the usual procedure. If you have already submitted via email, please re-submit using Stellar. As mentioned on the last class, you do not need to send me your valuation price and new FFO/share value. We did not cover the case on the final class to give you more time to complete, so there's no need for you to send me that information.

Have a great end of semester! I'll see you soon at the thesis preparation meeting.

Class meeting on March 19: Course Evaluations

Dear class,

One thing we need to do today is course evaluation, which is required by the department. So we'll convene at 2h40pm as usual and fill out the evaluations. Then you'll be free to stay or move on to other things, Dean and I will be around to answer questions you may have about the case.

Cheers,

Michel

Thurs., Mar.19, Real Estate Capital Markets

Unfortunately, I've not been able to confirm the Boston Properties' speaker we had tentatively scheduled for Thursday's class. Thus, I am allocating the class time to you to use to work on the case. The class will not formally meet tomorrow.  I will be in my office and available--several have asked about thesis ideas and career opportunities.  I'm happy to discuss these and other questions.  Dean
