Quiz Grades
All,
It has been brought to my attention that some of you have emailed me about quiz grades. I have responded to all that I have received, but have been experiencing problems with my MIT email account. If you are traveling and have either emailed me, or intend to, please reach me at jason.john.foster@gmail.com and I will get right back to you, otherwise I will have Quiz 2 back to everybody today in class/Sloan mailboxes.
Thanks,
Jason

Final Quiz - Module 3
All,
The final quiz will be posted for traveling students, and can be accessed via Stellar next Thursday at 11:05 AM EST. The deadline will be 11:25 AM EST that same morning, to allow Sloan students the same amount of time as all other students. This will allow anybody who is off campus to access the quiz so long as they have an internet connection. We will post in the area entitled "Final Quiz - Module 3" in the "Materials" section of the class Stellar site; the quiz will be made visible to you at 11:05, so don't be alarmed if you do not have access to the document until that time. For any students traveling to an area of the world that makes completion of the quiz at this time an impossibility, please email me directly and we will make alternative arrangements.
For Sloan students, I will put hard copies of 2nd and 3rd quizzes in mailboxes in E52. For all others you can collect the hard copies of your quizzes in class on Tuesday; I will still email quiz grades in advance of our next class upon request if you feel you can't wait over the weekend.
Thanks,
Jason

Student course evaluation process
You should be able to submit your student evaluation of
11.432/15.427 during the window of time beginning
Wednesday, March 10 at 9:00am through
Friday, March 19 at 11:59pm.
Evaluation can only be
done on-line, and I urge you to do so. You should
go here to take
evaluations:
http://web.mit.edu/subjectevaluation
The system uses web certificates to match students with subjects you can evaluate, but any identifying information will be separated from responses before results are reported to department officials and instructors. We will not see evaluation results until after grades have been submitted.
The evaluations are voluntary, but the responses are very useful to me and all of us humbe MIT faculty types, as well as to TAs, departments, and other students. Written comments are especially valuable.
Data from previous evaluations is available to students and other members of the MIT community at the online subject evaluation site, http://web.mit.edu/subjectevaluation/results.html. Data from the online half-term evaluations will be published there in late May or early June.
If you have any questions, please direct them to se-help@mit.edu.
Thanks, David Geltner.

RECITATION - 3/11
All,
We will not be holding formal recitation. Instead you can email Professor Geltner or I with any questions you have.
I will have quiz grades completed by this evening. I will bring them with me to class on Tuesday, or I can email you if you would like to know your grade in advance. Also, Professor Geltner and I have discussed the quiz for next week, and we anticipate that Sloan students who are unable to attend class will be required to complete the quiz electronically, and will access the quiz from, and post to Stellar, submitting in a similar fashion to the homework assignments. I will send a follow-up email with further instructions.
Thanks,
J
