Hello everyone,

I have posted all of the grades to date on Stellar.  Please check your grades and make sure we have the correct values recorded for you.  Please disregard any letter grades shown in the gradebook (if any are displayed) as they are not properly weighted and do not mean anything.  As a reminder, you can bring 5 two-sided (i.e. front and back) sheets of hand written notes to the final exam.

Sorry for the delay in returning homeworks.  I will have the last two graded problem sets for you (5 and 6) at the review session on Friday.  All solutions are posted.  Here are the averages and standard deviations for all graded assignments and the midterm to date:

Hi everyone,

Sorry for the delay but there was a mixup and the HW2 solution wasn't posted.  It is available now.  Your graded HW2 assignments will be returned by the end of class Wednesday so you have them for the take home exam this week. The HW3 solution will be posted after class tomorrow.

Also, if you're using Firefox, I have noticed some errors with the way the builtin PDF viewer displays the homework assignments (it seems to mess up equal signs and minus signs at different zoom levels).  Please use Adobe Acrobat/Reader or print out the homework assignments to prevent errors.
