Required Assignment for next class!

Hi everyone! Our upcoming speaker has done some amazing prep work and has put together a video and a document for everyone to watch and complete before class on Wednesday. Kindly find her note below and the link to the materials:

CEO at the Crossroads Students,

Caterpillar is the topic of your May 6 CEO at the Crossroads lecture. As I am not the CEO of Caterpillar, I have interviewed several of our CEOs regarding the Crossroads they faced at different times in Caterpillar's history. Brief video excerpts of these interviews and a discussion guide will form the basis of our class discussion.

In preparation, I ask that you watch the video and jot down your thoughts on the the discussion guide. Preparing for this class should take you less than 60 minutes. During the class, I'll simply facilitate a discussion that follows the discussion guide. As is true with most lectures at MIT, this session will only be as good as your preparation beforehand and engagement during the discussion.
