PSet 10 Problem 2d correction
Hi Everyone,I wanted to point out a correction to Problem 2d in Pset 10, about the voltage swing of the output. The voltage swing of the output is limited by Q2 going out of its constant current region (not M10, as originally stated). If the output voltage was 2.47V, the base of Q4 is at 3.17V and the gate of M3 is at 1.84V. Since the emitter of Q2 is at 1.64V, the collector of Q2 can go no lower than 1.84V (since V_CEsat is 0.2V) before it leaves its constant current region. Thus, the vout,min is 2.47V. I have updated the PSet 10 solutions to reflect this.
