Information:
Students will work directly with industry leaders on projects as well as be exposed to a wide range of opportunities where they can apply their expertise to advance the state-of-the-art in sports, from data analytics to mechanical design to material science.
Projects this semester will be with:
- Adidas
- Milwaukee Brewers
- Red Bull High Performance
- San Antonio Spurs
The class is open to undergraduate and graduate students from all disciplines.

Two interesting seminars
Hi Folks!
There are a couple of upcoming seminars that might be of interest:
1) David Camarillo from Stanford will be speaking on April 3 at 4:00 in NE47-479. David has done some really interesting work incorporating accelerometers into mouth guards to detect concussion in football.
2) On Wednesday March 27 at 6:00, Felice Frankel will be talking about Picturing Science and Engineering at the Harvard Science Center (One Oxford St). Felice will also come to work with us in class to help us with visual communications. If you'd like a sneak peek at what she does, the Harvard event is open to everyone!

Hi Folks!We have the EPL's Head of Data Solutions, Steve Palmer, joining us for class tomorrow. Steve will talk about the cool work the EPL is doing around tech adoption. He's also a former pro footballer.
