Final Exam Logistics and Course Evaluation
Dear 2.098 Students; The Final Exam will start at 9am sharp on Monday (Dec. 16) at Johnson Athletic Center (W34). There will be about 10 problems in Final Exam and you will have 3 hours (until noon) to submit your saved file to Stellar.
LOGISTICAL SUGGESTIONS:
---------------------------------
- Despite having some power plugs/strips at exam site, please come
with your laptops fully charged.
- Re-Start and/or Power-Cycle your laptop the night before to clear its memory.
- Make sure to suppress your MATLAB outputs using “;” unless you
really need them.
- You might find “Clear All Output” from the Right-Clicked menu
useful if your laptop seems sluggish.
- Save your file regularly during the exam to avoid potential loss of your work.

Wednesday Lab Final Exam Review Notes/Files are now posted on Stellar!
Yesterday/Wednesday (Dec. 12), during the morning and afternoon Labs, I reviewed the concentration areas for the Final Exam by presenting the main relevant Formulas, Algorithms, and/or corresponding Matlab Function descriptions where applicable so you can use them as a road map for your final exam study.I am posting those material because of public requests but please keep in mind that I had compiled those notes in a rush so they might have typos. In short, these notes do NOT come with any warranty but you can use them at your own risk!
The posted 10 meg zip file contains 10 individual files named 01*.* to 10*.* to identify their orders. It is posted under “Final Exam Material” on Stellar but you can also download it directly from the following link:
