16.20  Structural Mechanics

There will be no class on Friday, March 20.

As announced in class today, the final exam has been scheduled by the Registrar's Office for Tuesday, May 19, 9:00-12:00 in 33-319.

The updated teams for the design problems for 16.20 have been formed and are posted on the website under the category of "General".  If there are any discrepancies or any students are not on a team, please contact Paul Lagace as soon as possible.

We are proceeding per the email sent out yesterday (2/10/15) as to moving forward in 16.20 with regard to missing two days of classes due to MIT closing due to snow and the state of emergency in Massachusetts.

NOTE 1:  If you are one of the two students who did not acknowledge receipt of that email, please do so ASAP.

NOTE 2:  The solution for the Assessment Exercise is posted with that Exercise under "Homework".  Please proceed with your self-assessment as indicated in the original email.  Contact me to schedule time to go over items as needed.  Please remember to bring your completed answers sheets to class on Friday, 2/13, when they will be collected.

NOTE 3:  Home Assignment #1 is now posted.

NOTE 4:  Design Problem #1 is now posted as are the Design Teams.

NOTE 5:  We will move forward with review of Unit 4 on Friday.
