8.08  Statistical Physics II

Final Grades

As you may have noticed, the final exam proved to be a challenging one, so the raw scores were a little lower than usual (highest percentage was 90). But as I've said repeatedly, I wait until all the ships come in before making a holistic judgment. Overall I'm very happy with how you all performed this semester in a difficult (and hopefully sometimes interesting) course. I think you should be able to see your exam and final letter grades online now, but if not please write to me to ask what they are. I don't give the final exams back to you, but if you'd like to arrange a time on Monday to come see yours please let me know.

Thank you all for a fun semester. I had a great time teaching you some things about a subject I find really fascinating.

Location Change for Office Hours

Location change for office hours

I made a mistake: the tutor rooms are being used for exams now that classes are over. I will hang around here in the hallway for a bit in case anyone was coming over directly, and then head over to my office in NE-46. Sorry for the runaround
