18.022 Multivariate and Vector Calculus

Course Content:
Vector algebra, dot product, matrices, determinant. Functions of several variables, continuity, differentiability, derivative. Parametrized curves, arc length, curvature, torsion. Vector fields, gradient, curl, divergence. Multiple integrals, change of variables, line integrals, surface integrals. Stokes' theorem in one, two, and three dimensions.

* Epsilons and Deltas will NOT be on the exam.* There is some confusion about the way I stated Taylor's theorem in lecture (indeed, there may have been a slight error in notation). If there is confusion, please refer to the treatment IN THE TEXTBOOK, which is correct.
