PS12 solutions
There are solutions to most PS12 problems posted under Homework Solutions. They have been checked for method, but not for arithmetic errors. Thank you to everyone who contributed. If your solution does not appear, there may have been a better one or earlier one or yours may have had errors.
Good luck today.

Problem Set 12-student solutions
I have received 4 usable solutions from students. Problems: 1, 2, 3.29 and 3.32. I have posted them under Homework Solutions. It seems the best way to submit is to create pdfs and submit as "homework". At first only the staff can see it. After checking the solution, if satisfactory, we then post it as a solution under the category Homework Solutions. Keep them coming.

Problem Set 12
I have had a few requests for solutions to PS12. This is not a required homework. The eighteen problems are offered as good practice for the final. They were almost entirely taken from a textbook for which I do not have solutions from the publisher. I textbook does give some answers to about half of the problems. I will post those and give a few hints on some of the others later this evening. The course staff and I are not planning to write up solutions.
I suggested in an earlier posting that collective action of the 126 of you taking the final could provide the solutions for all to see. Post solutions to the Stellar web site as you do them. The TA's and I will look them over and bless the correct ones. Since we do not grade on the curve you are not giving other students a competitive advantage by posting your work. You would be making a good final impression on the teaching staff.
