Dear All,

As announced during the lecture of Monday, 10/27, we shall have a make-up lecture on Friday, 10/31 (Halloween) from 11:30 AM to 1 PM.  PLEASE NOTE THE TIME!

Unfortunately, our regular classroom is not available for this time period, so we shall meet in Room 5-217, a nice classroom, close to 1-150.

For those of you who cannot make the lecture (4 people indicated so) the handout for the class (Queues 5) and a brief supplementary handout ("Congestion pricing") have been posted on our site.

My apologies for the inconvenience this causes.  As you know, canceling the lecture of 10/22 was beyond my control.

Please make sure to note the new time and room.
