6047 announcement
1. Lecture slides are now online. Notes will be up at 8pm
tomorrow.
2. Recitation tomorrow will cover part 4 on alignment statistics
and scoring matrices, and affine gap penalties for global alignment.
3. Homeworks are due on Monday at 8pm, electronically to
6047-staff@mit.edu or in paper in 32G-828 until 5pm, and
after 5pm a box will be available on the 8th floor of the Gates
tower right outside the elevators.
4. Matt's office hours are on Friday at 12-1pm in 32G-828
on the 8th floor of the Stata Center.
