Notes on Applications of Integration, Part II
Dear Students,
I have typed up notes from Wednesday's recitation. They can be found in the R04 Materials section on the Stellar website. In particular, I made a mistake in the derivation of the calculation of the y-coordinate of the center of mass. When studying for the exam, please make sure you understand the correct way of computing it. I will review it during recitation on Monday. Also on Monday I will return problem sets 5 and 6.
Review sessions and extra office hours will be held before the exam. Check the website for complete details: http://math.mit.edu/18.01/exams.shtml. In light of the holiday, I will not be holding office hours this week. However, feel free to email me to schedule an appointment.
