Information:
Rigorous introduction to fundamentals of statistics motivated by engineering applications. Topics include order statistics, sufficient statistics, exponential families, estimation theory, decision theory, and selected topics (inference on graphs, chi-square test, machine learning, connection to information theory, and introduction to random matrix theory).
