HI all,
Congrats on finishing 11.437 strong (except some for the final assignment)! Please take some minutes to complete the course evaluation. You should be able to do it as long as you are registered with the class. If any problem, let me know, or directly email Ms. Kirsten Greco at DUSP kgreco@MIT.EDU. Thanks.

About the final assignment
Hi all,
Just some quick comments about the final assignment.
1. two rationales the text mentioned might help you valuate those funding options. 1). interest and fee income should be sufficent to cover the operating expenses; 2). minimum cash balance of $650,000 every year. dont be surprised if results from some options(s) cant meet these requirements.
2. when calculating interests, using prior balance or average of prior and current year balance: either is fine.
Let me know if any more questions.
Thanks.

Last assignment
Hello class,
Congrats on marching to the last assignment -- you are almost there.
For the last assignment, there is a template under 12/1 for your reference. You dont have to follow this. It just give you some idea how to approach the base case, then you can go from there.
Also you can read Chapter 18 in the text, especially from Page 427. the exhibit on Page 428-429 gives you some idea how to do financial modelling. (I believe there are typos in Explanation: the numbers of line were mixed up, for some).
Let me know if you have more questions. Thanks.
