Dear Class,

Please note that your final reports need to be subimtted to your clients when you send them to me and I need to know that this has occurred.  I suggest that you email the final report to your client and include me in the CC line.

Revised Lecture Notes for December 12

I have posted revised lecture notes for Monday's class with corrected figures for the Orlando TIF case when the long term was extended to raise $19 million.  The number show how infeasible this option is since the time long time period needed to generate encough increment to retire principal and high interest rates make the interest costs for the finanicng very high and the capitalized interest reserve almost one-third of the debt raised.
