Pb Set 1 - Solution Amended

I have amended the solution to pset 1 to take into account the typo which you guys spotted. Please discard the previous version if you have already looked at it.

Pb Set 1

There is a typo in Question 3. In Equation (4), alpha[(qi(z))] should divide exp[betai(z)], not multiply it (so that there are indeed external economies of scale).
