Blurb About Secretary Chu Visit For Trust Center Website

Great job yesterday, everyone! Hope you enjoyed hanging out with Secretary Chu :). I'll have pictures from the event availble for download in the next few days--will send out an email about that soon.

In the mean time, we'll be posting a short blurb about Secretary Chu's session with out class on the Trust Center website (http://entrepreneurship.mit.edu/). I'd like to compile a few student quotes for this blurb--your thoughts about the experience, what it was like to meet Secretary Chu, or anything else you might want to say. If you can, shoot me an email with a line or two sometime today. I'll also be stalking you for quotes after class, so you have a few hours to think about it!

URGENT: 1 Slide for Secretary Chu + Pitching Order

Sorry for the late notice, but Secretary Chu would like to review the technologies you are working on before Wednesday's session. We'll need each team to make a one-slide (2 slides at the most) informational deck that we can provide to Secretary Chu beforehand (note: you won't be using this for your pitch to him; it's just a reference). You can pull this from your existing decks if that makes sense for your team.

Please submit it in pdf format to Stellar (General--> Secretary Chu Visit) by noon tomorrow (11/29).

Also, here is the order in which you will be pitching during the session:

Each team will have 3 minutes MAX (60-90s for your pitch, and the remaining time for Q&A). Presenters, please know your presentation order and be ready to go as soon as the preceding team has finished. If there are any changes we will email out beforehand.

Rough Guidelines for Final Deliverable Available

We've posted a document that you can reference for your final report (Materials-->General). It's not exactly what your report will look like (e.g. it doesn't have the policy section) but can still help your team think through your plan.

Team, Financial, and Go-to-Market Sections Ready for Pick-up

Hi everyone,

Your Team, Financial, and Go-to-Market sections are graded and now ready for pick up in the e-center (E40). There will be an Energy Ventures file holder at the front desk with a file for each team.

If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to Bill, Juliet, and myself.

Also, for the rest of your submissions, please make sure that your team name is visible in the header and that the pages are stapled/clipped together. Makes it easier for us to track.
