TA: Jiaqi Lin

Lecture:  TR11-12.30  (66-154)

Information:

The course provides an introduction to statistical mechanics of chain-like molecules. Emphasis is placed on theory and simulation of macromolecular systems from the molecular perspective. Final Report Guidelines and Deadline

Dear Class,

We have posted the guidelines for the final report and presentation in the assignment section. In light of giving you some time to prepare the presentations, the report is due on Mon Dec. 9 by 12pm. The presentations will occur on Tuesday Dec. 10. There will be 5 presentations in the morning during class times and 4 presentations in the afternoon from 2-3:30pm. The schedule of presentations is included in the guidelines. The room for the afternoon presentations is 66-144.

We have settled on a single day of presentations because there might have been conflicts with MRS which is the week before. I will lecture on Thu. Dec. 5, and answer questions at the end of lecture. Note that you can contact us also by email to arrange for a meeting in case the official office hours next week don't work for you.

Best wishes and have a great Thanksgiving!
Alfredo
