Also, here is some pointers from the professors:
- They don’t need to repeat case facts for context. They can start
immediately with the key issues to be addressed
- The options presented should address those key issues
- Options shouldn’t be included if they have no chance of working
(e.g. issue a press release)
- Short and well thought out gets higher grades than long and
unfocused
- Be sure to spell check
