Final Exam Preparation

Four final exam problems have been posted in the 'general' section of the course materials under the name 'practice problems'. We have also posted review slides from a previous class which cover most of the material from the semester except the new protein structure/design material. There are review slides on topics that are no longer part of the class which you are not responsible for. If you have any questions please contact Apoorv and I so we can try to answer questions by email or arrange a time to meet. Please let us know if you would be interested in going over the 2013 final questions posted as a group on Monday afternoon. If there is significant interest we will book a room make an announcement. The final will have 8 problems of which you can choose 6 to answer. Also, to clarify the homework grade breakdown, problem sets are worth 15% of the total grade and implementations are worth 45%.
