Review session today in NW16-213

This is just a reminder that we will have a review session in NW16-213 (our normal classroom). We will cover single-particle motion and some aspects of the two-fluid model and MHD equations. We will cover other topics, time permitting.

I will also try to give some tips for preparing for the oral final exam.

Reminder about review session

This is just a reminder to send me requests for topics to be covered during the review on Monday.

Also, I will try to hand back HWs during the review. So please submit HW 8 by Monday morning to give me enough time to grade them by 4pm. Thanks.

Schedule of Oral Exams

Hi Everyone,

Please see the schedule below for final oral exams.

The exam will be 45 minutes long and will take place in my office, NW17-111.

You do not need to bring anything to the exam (no notes/no calculator/no book).

If your scheduled time will not work anymore, or if it conflicts with other classes and exams,
please just let me know and we can work together to schedule a more convenient time.

Thanks,
Anne

Review Session on Monday from 4-6 pm

The review for the oral exam will be on Monday from 4-6pm, as mentioned in class today, probably held in our normal classroom. Please let me know by Friday what topics you would like me to review. If we can't cover everything in the two hours, keep in mind that class on Tuesday will also likely include some time to review. I will also try to give some tips for oral exam prep.

For those who did not hand in HW today, please either submit in class on Thursday or electronically on Stellar.
