Course Content:
The course provides an introduction to statistical mechanics of chain-like molecules. Emphasis is placed on theory and simulation of macromolecular systems from the molecular perspective. Topics covered include basic theories of chain conformation, thermodynamics of polymer solutions and melts, and chain dynamics. Methods of molecular simulation and experimental verification are also presented.

Dear Class,We thought that you might use some extra hours for running the last sims or writing the last paragraphs without rushing to the last minute. So we have decided to extend the deadline until 5pm tomorrow.
On the other hand, don't forget that tomorrow we have our last lecture and I expect you to be there.

Updated Guidelines
The Guidelines for the Final Report and Oral Presentation have been updated online under the Homework link, and removed from Materials, in order to eliminate a discrepancy in the posted due date.
