HW02 Code solution uploaded

Clarification on HW01 solution
For question 2 of the HW01 solution, it was not made clear that the k-index in equation varies from 0 to N-1 where N is the number of data. When the series is in time, the K-index corresponds to frequency k*(1/T) cycles per time unit and T is the total duration.
