Final Project Presentations
You can find final presentation schedule for Monday 12/7 here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1XZU-MepjkCwpdpMRImGdUBmqP8ZX9NpWDtJBcQ6ogak/. The presentations are split between three rooms so please double check your room assignment. You will be demoing from a TA's laptop and all team members should be present. Your presentation should be no longer than 5 minutes -- you should motivate your project and show off the final product! Awards will be given on Wednesday to outstanding projects. The above spreadsheet will also have links to all 6.170 final projects. Before Sunday 12/6 at 11pm, please also put your deployed URL, a link to your presentation slides, a brief description of the project, and optionally any tips/comments in the above spreadsheet. Definitely take some time to check out the projects your classmates have been working on!
Good luck finishing the projects -- we look forward to seeing them!

Slack Day Allocation
You should have received (or will soon receive) an email with details about your late submissions. If you have less than or equal to 3 total days of late submissions, there are no late penalties because of our 3-day slack policy.Otherwise, we have optimally allocated the slack days to apply to the assignments that are worth the most, to maximize your total grade. If you see any late days you shouldn't have, email the staff (6170-staff@mit.edu) ASAP!
Also, please note that we updated the late penalty to be 5% per day, so ignore it if your email says 10% per day.

Final Project Grades (so far)
Every section that you have already turned in for the final project now has a corresponding grade uploaded to the Stellar Gradebook. A section worth x% of the final project grade shows up with a total of x points. If you have any questions about your numerical scores, please contact your mentor TAs.

Almost-final Project Demo
This week we will ask you to do demos of your almost-final 6.170 projects to TAs and fellow students. Each team should plan to attend one full Thursday recitation of your choice--we suggest going to the recitation slot that you attended for your pitch 3 weeks ago. Please try to have every team member be present. If your team cannot make it to any of the recitation sessions, you can present during Thursday office hours (7 or 8pm), or get in touch with your team mentor TA to arrange an alternative time. The "Demonstration of Almost-Final Version" is worth 5% of your project grade and should be about 5 minutes long. In this demo you should briefly motivate your project and showcase all of your system's working features.
P.S.: If your team mentor has already contacted you about setting up a demo time this week, you may disregard those arrangements; we have decided it would be easier to do all demos during Thursday recitation and office hour times instead. Sorry about that!
