This is more by way of a question than an announcement. It has
been suggested by two people in the class that I talk about Dirac
operators and their index theory in the last two lectures instead
of the spectral theory of the Laplacian. If you would like to weigh
in on this just send me a (brief if you want) message stating your
preference between these (or for something else).
