Announcements

Office hour moved to 2-3pm

Hey guys,

Sorry, but I just realized that our faculty meeting won't end until 2 pm. So I moved the office hour to 2-3pm. Hope this still works for everyone. If you cannot make it to the OH, feel free to email me with any questions you might have.

Thanks again for being so wonderful, and I really enjoyed working with you guys.

Best,
Bin

PSet 7

Dear Class,

Pset 7 is slightly ahead of our schedule, so its due date has been postponed for a week (11/22).

To be clear, all problems (1-3) will be due on 11/22. As tomorrow is a holiday, we will also not host the office hour. I do highly recommend working on the problems early though.

Best,
Bin

Office Hour and Pset 6

Dear Class,

Due to a scheduling conflict, I won't be able to host the office hour from 1-2pm this Friday. Instead, I propose to move the office hour to 11am-12pm (11/3). If this doesn't work for you, I can also host another one on Monday (11/6) from 1-2pm.

Also, Pset 6 is out.

Thanks for your understanding.

Best,
Bin

Pset5

Dear class,

Since problem 4 of Pset5 is slightly ahead of our schedule, its due date has been postponed to 11/8. Problems 1-3 are still due on 11/3.

As requested by many of you, the deadline for PSet5 has been rescheduled to Friday, 11/3.

I know this is probably not something you are particularly excited to hear about after the mid-term, but Pset5 is now posted on the website.

The due date is currently set for next Wednesday, but if you think more time is needed, feel free to let me know.

Best,
Bin

Homework solutions now posted on stellar

Dear class,

I received a request to post problem set solutions, so they are now uploaded on stellar (click on the assignment, and it will now have a link labeled solutions). Let me know if there are any problems accessing this.
