Varactors in Project 3
Hi class,
For project 3, you need to use "mosvar" instead of "moscap33" for your varactors. Sorry for the mistake. For more details on the models, you can check the document "bicmos6hp.model_guide.pdf" at /mit/6.776/ibm/IBM_CDS/bicmos6hp/V2.6.0.3HP/doc on Athena.

Capacitors in the Projects
