Corrected Week 13 Readings, No Koff Affidavit

I've posted new PDFs for the Nijkamp and Schaefer+Victor readings for next Friday that should clear up any missing or out of order pages.

Also, just to repeat what Fred said in class - we can ignore the Koff affidavit for the Logan assignment.

Week 13 Readings - Problems, Rescan coming

As some of you may have noticed, some pages in the readings for next week (May 12, our last class) are out of order or even missing. The Nijkamp and the "Our Common Future" readings are both affected. My apologies about this - I'll rescan and post by the weekend.

Final Assignment: Logan

The Logan Airport assignment is now in final form online, including an additional supporting document (the Botsford ruling), and Fred has slightly revised the assignment sheet question, so please take a look.

Some of you have asked about Peter Koff's affidavit - I'm tracking it down and will post and announce it as soon as I can.
