Today is the LAST day to volunteer to help call CEOs. If you were unable to make it last week, here is another chance.

If you have not volunteerd by the end of the day today expect the following:

1)  I will task you with a job at the CEO reception

2) If you have 1-on-1 appointment with Ken, you will not be able to meet with him.  Please do not expect that he will want to meet with you and offer his advice and help if you are not willing to offer your help toward the opportunities he is creating for you.

Dear Class,

We really appreciate the help of those who have already stopped by the E-Center to donate time to calling.  If you have NOT donated time:

1) Please expect to be called out by Ken today in class

2) this means I will have to call the companies on your behalf.  If I had to call for each of you itwould be 38+hours of work for me whereas it will only be 1 hour for each of you.  Please contribute.

Also thank you to all the teams who have made time to come in and speak with the TAs and Roger.  We are happy to assist you in any way possible.

The CEO reception is a wonderful event where you will be exposed to a great number of influential people.  However, one of the challenges of working with CEOs is that they are not always receptive to RSVPs.

Since you will have no class tomorrow,  we ask that each of you take 1 hour at your convenience to come in and help call these CEOs.  Pat Fuligni in the E-Center will have all the a talking points sheet for you to call.  It's as simple as following the directions and the numbers she gives you.  You can donate the hour anytime this week.

Although, this is not a REQUIREMENT for the Class, it is HIGHLY SUGGESTED.  The E-Center keeps track of all those who are involved.  As you advance in your entrepreneurial careers, your hour of help will pay istelf in dividends through the services and experiences offered to you via the E-Center.

Please send her an e-mail (pfuligni@mit.edu) or simply stop by the E-Center whenever you have a moment.  After 5pm is also acceptable, as many of the invited people are international.

If you cannot do it this week, we will also accept volunteers working for 1 hour a time at the CEO reception.  But, it is preferred that you come this week though, as you may loose out on some of the CEO Reception experience while working rather than mingling.

Hi class,

I hope all of you had a fruitful experience during your SIP and Spring Break periods.   Africa was wonderful entrepreneurial experience for me.

I know some groups made some great headway over break in working on their projects.  Remember you have about 4 weeks to go.   If you need anything from me, please let me know.

A couple of quick reminders/announcements

1) The E-Lab CEO reception is just around the corner.  Remember all of you are expected to attend on April 17th.

2) Next week, Roger will be facilitating a discussion which you are invited to attend (completely optional).  The flyer is posted on Stellar.
