2.019  Design of Ocean Systems

Hi everyone,

On Friday I will be visiting you in lab to give another CI workshop.  At the beginning of the semester when I planned these visits with your instructors, we were anticipating that you'd be starting to think about the final format of your papers and also that you would be choosing the graphs and other illustrations that might be used as slides in your oral presentations.

As I prepare for Friday's discussion, I'm considering giving a standard lecture on graphics and presentation.  Rather than just guessing at your needs, however, I would rather answer questions or go over issues that are of concern to you at this stage of your work.

So I would appreciate any feedback on what would be useful to you at this point.

Are there parts of the report you are having trouble writing?

Do you have questions about any comments I made on your second drafts?  (Yesterday I emailed .pdfs and general comments to the people who submitted team reports.)

Are there graphics you would like to transform into slides?
