Presentation guideline + project report format

Hello Class,

I hope your projects are going well.

I just wanted to clarify the following.

Your project report should follow a computer vision conference style.
That is, double column and at maximum 8 pages.

As for presentation on Wednesday the 13th, please make sure that your presentation does not run over time.   There will be 11 presentations in total, one of which will be presented by two people.  I will allocate 7 minutes per person.  A two-person group will receive 14 minutes.  Timing WILL BE enforced strictly for fairness.

A general advice is to give slide presentation for 5 minutes and leave the last 2 minutes for questions.

And please send me the presentation slides by mid-night, May 12th, so that I can compile the slides before class.

Thanks much! and good luck!
