Today's last class: Pizza, soft drinks and open discussion
Dear all:
The semester is coming to an end! Today will be our last
lecture in IM/S this spring, and we are looking forward to
celebrating this with you. We'll have pizza and soft drinks
ready by 3 pm. Professor Grossman will conclude part II today,
followed by a few remarks by me and an open discussion about the
class as well as modeling and simulation in general.
We'll also give you time to complete the subject evaluation at
the end of today's class. Please make every effort to complete
the evaluation form:
http://web.mit.edu/subjectevaluation.
Your feedback is very important to us and we hope to get (close to)
a 100% response rate this year…we need your help.
Best wishes, and see you all at 3 pm!

Equations to calculate the percentage of fuels converted to CIS states.
Dear All:
Please follow lecture notes strictly to calculate the percentages of fuels converted to CIS states, which are asked in problem 2(a) and 2(b). The number of photons (hc/lamp) is only considered when density of states is involved.

Lin
