URGENT Announcement for Negotiations - Read right away.

Hi Everyone-
Thanks for a great class yesterday.
Read this entire message carefully as it contains important information.

1. CHECK YOUR HARBORCO ROLE MATERIALS IMMEDIATELY! Make sure you picked up the correct role.
Go to the Class 9 slides on Stellar. Look up your role and compare it to your role materials. All of the roles say “HARBORCO” in capital letters at the top. Look just underneath that in bold for the specific role. Don't just go by color. Look at the NAME (e.g., Federal DCR, Unions, etc.).
We ran out of one of the roles yesterday and were low on another, so I am fairly certain that some people picked up the wrong roles by mistake.
If you picked up the wrong role, DO NOT READ IT. Bring it to my assistant, Katy Bertman, where you can exchange it for the correct role. Katy’s desk is located at E62 just outside room 332. Her email address is kbertman@mit.edu

2. If you did not receive a role yesterday (because we ran out), you can pick up your role from Katy as well.

3. You will prepare individually for Harborco. Each person should come to class prepared to negotiate and turn in a planning document.

4. The reading for this week is also available on Stellar. Make sure to download and read it.

5. The “Real World” negotiation assignment is due on May 3rd.

Let me know if you have any questions.
Have a great weekend.
