Dear Class,

The following is the information about the final exam:

Location and Time:

·        E62-276 

·        Monday, May 21

·        9:00AM - 12:00PM

Style of questions:

·        The exam designed not to be torture for students but designed to ensure a meaningful difference in scores between those who really know the material very well; those who have a reasonably good understanding; and those who have difficulty with the material [and those who never showed up].

·        In general, the questions are similar to those in the homeworks. But, there are some short non-quantitive questions requiring you to write down a few words to explain or comment on them. Please do not write essays and verbose answers will be penalized for those short questions.

What you can bring to the exam?

·        The exam will be proctored in a room

·        Computer and equivalent of one or two pages of cheat sheet but NOT all the notes and homework solutions . 

·        Computers can be used for excel but NOT for any internet searching.
