URGENT: Verifying Grades, Final Exam Grades Posted, and Missing Name on Final Exam

Dear 8.04,

Final exam grades have been posted.

There is precisely ONE exam with no name on it.

If you took the exam, please check stellar and contact me if there is no grade listed for you.

Also, please make a last check of your pset grades -- if any grade is missing, you must contact me to resolve it by email no later than tomorrow, Sunday at 10PM. After that, there will be no modifications.

Final Exam Prep Pt II -- Important

Dear 8.04,

Your final exam will include one or more problems from last year's exam and the other practice questions posted on Stellar. I strongly encourage you to (a) give yourself 3 hours and take the exam as a check on your understanding, and then (b) discuss the questions with your classmates and make sure you know how to correctly solve each problem.

Final Exam Prep

Dear 8.04,

To help you study for the final exam I've just posted practice problems, last year's formula sheet, and last year's final exam on the stellar website. I've also posted the last three lecture notes.

Don't forget the review session, Wednesday from 7-9, followed by a question session, in 3-270.

Office Hours, Final Review Session and Evaluations

Dear 8.04,

It's been fun lecturing 8.04 this semester, as a class you have done extremely well! Three quick notes:

First, my office hours today are over, but next week will be Tue 11-12.30, Tue 4.30-7 and Thu 7-9. The rest of the teaching staff will announce their hours separately.

Second, there will be a final review session by Paolo on Wednesday evening in 3-270 from 7-9pm. Following the review session I will provide some form of diversion and field questions.

Lastly, subject evaluations are online. Please take a moment to post an evaluation, which helps us gauge the success of the class and improve it for the future.
