Staying in touch

Dear all, thank you for a wonderful semester. I invite you to stay in touch with me via LinkedIn, email, and/or a LinkedIn group: "Power and Negotiations"--a LI group I created that is only open to those who have taken this course to share negotiations tips and stories. I am always happy to hear about your negotiations experiences.

Treats From Yesterday's Class

Hi Everyone!

We hope you enjoyed the sweet treats from yesterday's class. One of your classmates who brought in the caramels, nuts and macarons wanted to share this message for those interested in purchasing more.

The following vendors provided free items for class today and would appreciate your business in the future:
1. Northlight Baking - specialty macarons, recently featured in the Boston Globe - http://www.northlightbaking.com/
2. McCrea’s Candies - caramels locally made - http://www.mccreascandies.com/
3. Fastachi - nuts and candies in Watertown and Boston - http://www.fastachi.com/
Should you buy from them in future, please let them know you learned about their product in a class at MIT and appreciate the freebies!

Enjoy!
Naiomi

Cup Game Research

Hi everyone,
Would you be willing to participate in a quick interview about your experience playing the Cup Game with Ellen? The interviews usually take between 20 and 30 minutes and can be done by phone/Skype or in person. This is purely optional, but the interview is a great way to think more deeply about your experience, and will also give you a better understanding of the inner workings of the Cup Game. Most importantly you'd be contributing to important research.

Also, Ellen would like to read the memo you wrote about the Cup Game, if you wrote one. There are two levels here: level 1, she could read it to fine tune her teaching of the Cup Game; and level 2, she could use the memo as data in her dissertation. In either level, you will NOT be identifiable. For level 2 (dissertation data), quotes will be credited as "a student in a graduate negotiations class at MIT Sloan."

Please indicate your choices in the following form: Cup Game Memos and Interviews: http://www.formpl.us/form/0B_zTwvMgKSWaS0xYU05yY2pWZG8/
thanks,
ofer
