Final Review

For PSET 9 any device parameters that are not given, please refer to page 669 in the book at the beginning of the problems section for Chapter 10.

Problem 3 on PS8

There are two options you may use to make part (d) on problem 3 easier. 1) You may neglect the body effect 2) You may assume that the ratio of gmb/gm is what you found it to be in part (a) (despoite Vsb being a function of W/L)
