Hi All,I have attached a checklist (see below) that Karen put together for your first draft that is due tomorrow. Please remember to bring two hard copies to class tomorrow.

Checklist for complete first drafts, due Friday, April 24 :
Please bring 2 hard copies to class. Print figures in color if they require it.
Please number your pages.
Please double space the entire paper, except for the Abstract (no more than 200 words), the figure legends, the Acknowledgments, and the references.
Everything marked below with an asterisk is for both 7.18 and 7.19. Everything else is for 7.18 only.

*Introduction
Materials and Methods
*Results -- for 7.19, report results of the studies you are using but not necessarily in a separate section, since these can be folded into the various sections of the paper.
*Figures and Tables: incorporate figures (with corresponding
legends beneath) and tables into the text if you can do so
easily.
Otherwise OK to put table or figure plus corresponding legend
together on the same page, and place this page where it makes sense
in the paper.
For 7.19, include citations for all visual material taken, or combined, from other publications (ok to alter and write "adapted from...").
Discussion - no subsections
7.19 only: Conclusion
Acknowledgments - indicate here anyone who did parts of your project and state what that person did.
